Refund Policy

At ARMember, our prime focus is on customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships. While we are confident in our product quality and offer, we have established a user-friendly ARMember refund policy.

When is it Possible to Get a Refund?

If you encounter any technical issues with ARMember, our support team is happy to assist you. They are adept at resolving most issues promptly.

If ARMember does not fully meet your needs, you have the option to request a refund within 14 days of purchase. As ARMember is a digital, non-revocable product, we follow a clear 14-day refund policy. You are most welcome to share the product feedback with us as it helps us work on improvements with every release.

Circumstances Where ARMember Refund Policy is not Applicable

After 14 Days: Refund requests beyond 14 days from the purchase date cannot be processed.

Repeat Purchases: A refund will not be issued if it has been already granted for the same product in the past or if it is a repeat purchase of the product.

Suspicious Activity: To ensure fairness, refund requests cannot be processed if activities such as unauthorized file sharing or bulk downloads are detected.

Upgrades and auto-renewals are not eligible for refunds

Please note that it is the responsibility of the buyer to understand that the auto-renewals and upgrades are not eligible for the refunds.

Addon Refund Policy

Refunds for all addons are directly linked to the eligibility of the refund for the main ARMember plugin’s license.

• If the main plugin is still under the 14-days refund period and eligible for a refund, the team may review and approve the refund requests for the related addons as well. This would be decided on a case-by-case basis.
• However, if the main plugin’s license purchase has gone beyond the refund period, i.e., more than 14 days have passed since the purchase, any separately purchased addons are also no longer eligible for refund. This is regardless of the individual purchase date of the addons.

We encourage the customers to thoroughly evaluate the main ARMember plugin as per their requirements within the refund window. Ensure that it meets your needs before purchasing any additional Addons.

Non-Refundable Items

Kindly note that upgrades and renewals are not eligible for any refunds. A buyer must understand this before making a purchase.

Steps after the Refund is Granted

Once your refund is granted, you must agree to immediately deactivate and uninstall the Plugin from your site.

The refund requests are subject to review and approval by our team. ARMember reserves the right to take the final call on all refund requests.
