ARMember provides a facility to add any member from admin side if required.

You have a button at top, by clicking on Add Member button you will be redirected to page from where you can add members manually.

Now you may no need to send Signup Completed Email Notification to User while adding new user manually then you just need to disable option here Send Signup Email Notification to User.

For each row of grid there are some action options provided which are as following,

  • View Detail

    At each row you have Icon for VIEW DETAIL at right side, by clicking on VIEW DETAIL you will be redirected to member’s detail page.

    There, you will find following details of member:

    Personal Details

    This section display member’s basic details, registration form (member registered through this form) & form fields & etc..

    Profile Picture & Login Detail

    This section displays member’s profile picture, edit profile link, member’s badges & last login information.

    Membership History

    If user has subscribed to any membership plan, this section will display all membership history with list of membership events.

    Payment History

    If user had purchased any membership plan,this section will display all payment history.

  • Edit Member

    At each row you have Icon for EDIT MEMBER at right side, by clicking on Edit Member you will be redirected to page where you will be allowed to Update Member Details.

    You will not be able to change Username.

    You can update member’s basic field like Email Address, Password, First Name, Last Name & User Role

    You also can update / change Membership Plan & Member Status, Extend Days in current cycle , Renew Next Cycle and other related fields… from here.

    NOTE:

    • Extend Days in current cycle

      Through this option you can extend plan renewal date for particular user.

    • Renew Next Cycle

      Through this option you can skip one subscription cycle for a particular user.

    • Extend Days in current cycle & Renew Next Cycle will only work in case of plan with subscription. As well as only work with “Semi automatic” payment method.

    When member’s plan changed by Admin, Membership History will be added as New Subscription with Manual payment.

    When any member will register using our registration form, that form & fields will be assigned to that user. So whenever admin or user update its profile, that form and fields will also be available in Edit Profile page.

  • ReSend Email

    This Option will only be available if a member in a list is yet not active to site. So you can re-send email of member verification to particular user.

  • Change Status

    At each row you have Icon for CHANGE STATUS at right side, by clicking on Change Status, confirm popup will be open.

    There are three different types of member status available (Active, Pending & Inactive) of member in different cases.

    Active

    Active status indicates that user is verified & activated in system.

    Pending

    Pending status indicates that user is not verified yet, that user need to verify/activate his/her account by going through verification email instruction.

    You can manually activate user status from here. And also notify user about his/her active status. But for this you must have set an Email Notification Template from ARMember > Email Notification > Automated Email Messages > Add new Response > On Manual user acrivation

    NOTE:This option is only available when user status is “PENDING”.

    Inactive (Admin)

    When Admin inactivate any member, then Inactive (Admin) status will be assigned to that user.

    Inactive (Suspended)

    When Admin inactivate any member who has recurring membership, then Inactive (Suspended) status will be assign to that user.

    Inactive (Expired)

    When user’s membership will get expired, then Inactive (Expired) status will be assign to that user.

    Inactive (User Cancelled)

    Whenever member will cancel its recurring membership, then Inactive (User Cancelled) status will be assign to that user.

    Inactive (Payment Failed)

    When user’s payment get failed by payment gateway, then Inactive (Payment Failed) status will be assign to that user.

    Inactive (Cancelled)

    When Admin inactivate any member by stopping its recurring membership option, then Inactive (Cancelled) status will be assign to that user.

  • Delete

    Each member can be deleted by just one click on DELETE Icon at right side.

Filters

You have Search Box at top of the grid to get members by particular string. Another filters are also available at there as following,

  • Membership Plans
  • Subscription Mode (Automatic, Semi Automatic)
  • Status (User status like Active, Inactive, pending etc..)
  • Membership Type – If Multiple Membership/Plans is enabled from Add-ons then this will help you to filter members (Single Membership, Multiple Membership)

When ARMember plugin will be installed, Existing members will be treated as WordPress Default members, And those members are activated by default.

ARMember has unique member management along with easy user interface.List all the members of a site and will also list all wordpress users which were already created before. This extensible membership plugin provides a grid layout with:

  • Search Member option
  • Plan wise member filtering option
  • A Quick glance to all basic details of a member (user details like:Username, Email Address, Membership, Role, Status, Joined date etc.)
  • Show/Hide Columns to manage columns in grid representation

Show / Hide columns

You are able to display only your required columns from this option. For example if you want to show Avatar and hide User ID column then click on Show / Hide columns button, Check Avatar and Uncheck User ID from list of columns.

Bulk Actions

This option will be helpful when same action need to be performed on multiple user rows at same time.

  • Delete

    Select number of rows that you want to delete and select Delete Bulk Action then click on Go button.

  • Change Plan To

    Same as Delete action, To change subscription plan of members very easily, select members and select Plan that you want to assign to all selected members and click on Go button.

    When member’s plan changed by Admin, Membership History will be added as New Subscription with Manual payment.
